3 Belly Fat Burning Cardio Workouts

Belly fat burning cardio workouts come in many shapes and forms. You don't have to go to the gym, use the elliptical machine or climb on a treadmill to burn stomach fat. In fact, there are a number of cardio workouts you can do in the comfort of your home which can help you shed a lot of belly flab. In this article you will learn about 3.

Fat Burning Cardio

1. Jumping rope - An old classic and one of my favorite home workouts. What is simpler than jumping rope, right? Well, this children's game can also be a massive cardio workout. Jumping for even 5 minutes can lead to a tremendous fat burn. Also, jumping rope works the arms, legs, shoulders and even the abs as a stabilizing muscle, so you also get an abs toning effect while doing it.

2. Interchanging Step-ups on a stair - You just need one stair to do this or buy an aerobic step for close to nothing. Then, you just rotate your feet by jumping. One leg is on the ground while the other is on the step. Do it fast and you will quickly develop a nice sweat. If you perform this exercise quickly you will develop a good sweat within minutes. It's an even better belly fat burning workout if you hold a dumbbell in each hand. It makes it more intensive.

3. Punching bag - You may be surprised that using a punching bag can be a cardio workout but throwing punches at a bag while shuffling your feet like a boxer is an excellent full body workout. It's also one of the least boring workouts there is because you can pretend you're actually fighting. By the way, women also benefit a lot from this exercise. All you need is to plant a hook in your ceiling so you can hang the bag on it whenever you need to do a workout.

Use these 3 fat burning exercises to lose stomach fat and get flat abs.
